10 reps a day to keep the doctor away

People often have resolutions for New Years and they are great, but how about doing that in a way that’s so simple that it will not take a minute out of your day while giving you results everywhere?
This may sound crazy but, trust me, it works.
Run this experiment: pick a move you want to work on or that will give the type of results you would like, it could be a pull-up, a pushup, or a military press or even squats or sets of swings.

Do some kind of warm-up/mobility in the morning to wake up your body and do a short set (2 or 3 reps will do - even a single rep would be fine; 1 set of 5-10 for swings).
Whenever you have a break throughout the day do another set of 2. Cap it at 10 reps total. (again, for the swings cap it at 10 sets of 5-10). Do it every day. Take a day off when you need to.
If you are looking to lose fat, take some walks instead of short car trips while you are in the strength training approach. It maximizes the effect of your walks.
Try it and be amazed. If you need help to program it or set that up, drop me a line.
